Highlight of the day was Zoe Thomas taking the gold in the under 15 girls race continuing her great cross country form this season, in the same race Ffion Lewis came home a creditable 8th.
Also taking an individual medal another consistent cross-country performer Jonathan Hopkins who won the bronze medal in the u17Men.
Team silver went to the under 13 girls who are showing great potential and strength in depth with all 8 of our finishers in the top 25 out a field of 60 and this didn’t include Megan Osborne one of our top runners who unfortunately had to withdraw with only 400m to go whilst in a top ten position.
Great runs from first years Jazmine Briganti(14th) and Nia Ward (25th).
In the under 13 boys the team won bronze however were unlucky as this was on count back only having finished on 55 points the same as Swansea who took the Silver.
Leading the way home for the under 13 was new boy Sam Longville finishing 5th closely followed by Morgan Thomas 7th.
In the under 15s Boys a great run from Tom Davis who came home in 4th in extremely tight finish was very unlucky to lose out on the Bronze medal. Full results below:-
