BRIDGEND ATHLETIC CLUB is based at the Clubhouse and Running Track behind the BRIDGEND RECREATION CENTRE ,Newbridge Fields ,BRIDGEND, South Wales.
Help is always required for coaching, administration and general assistance. We will give help and arrange training for coaches and officials.

Please note we will be rigorously enforcing the membership rule when the track reopens .
All athletes must be fully paid up members to train on the track and compete anyone who has not paid will NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRAIN AT THE TRACK OR COMPETE FOR THE CLUB!
Also please remember if you have not signed up to the standing order for training fees it will cost you £2 every session to train at the club.

Please note the next fixture of the NYAL is this Sunday the 18th of May ,this is Bridgnorth & Wentlock`s home fixture which will be held at the Telford Stadium.
I am still awaiting conformation on availability of :- Catlin Bryant,Jessica Heggarty,Rhodri Griffiths,Daniel Owen ,Jonanne Morgan and Morgan Thomas PLEASE COULD YOU CONTACT ME URGENTLY ON THE NUMBER BELOW!

After the first fixture we currently lie in 2nd place in Midlands West 1 Division only 30 points behind Carmarthen.

| There will be a kit sale at the clubhouse on Monday the 19th of May from 5.30 to 8pm ,Travelling Runner will be attending hopefully to mark the re-opening of the track! |

Urgent please click on read more important information for all!
Latest update on track repair, We are hopeful the track will reopen on Monday the 19th (don`t forget there is also a kit sale) so training can resume as normal,if not there will be training anyway using Newbridge fields.
All group athletes please contact your coaches for conformation of their training plans.

The Welsh Under U13/U15 Championship forms are available on the link below or from the clubhouse ,the closing date is the 28th of May.
On the same form is also the U17/U20 entry, the closing date for this is the 25th of June.
Please note it is the responsibility of the individual athlete to enter these Championship not the club.
Also now available the entry form for the u13-u15 combined events in Carmarthen on the 28th of June,closing date for this the 17th of June.
Please note you must be a member of both the club and WA to enter both these events.
